Privacy Notice

This Notice explains how OsteoMaster handles personal information when you use the Service. For questions or privacy requests, email osteomaster.luo@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Account application information: name, country, contact email, professional field, optional organization, account status, and authentication records needed to review and provide access.
• Service and security information: information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of the Service, such as access events and technical request data.
• Aggregate website analytics: page views, visits, broad country, page path, device type, browser, and time of access. These statistics are aggregated through Cloudflare Web Analytics and do not include account identity, IP addresses, X-rays, planning files, or patient information.
• Optional support: if you voluntarily support OsteoMaster through an external service, that service processes the payment information under its own privacy terms. OsteoMaster does not use support to determine account access.

X-rays and planning files

OsteoMaster is designed so that imported X-ray images and saved planning files remain in your browser or your downloaded files. Do not upload patient-identifying information unless you have the authority and safeguards required by your organization and applicable law. You remain responsible for the data you choose to use with the Service.

Why we use information

We use information to review and secure accounts, provide the Service, respond to support requests, maintain the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for account services and Cloudflare for delivery and application services. Optional support is handled by the external service you choose. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of the Service and its users.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to operate your account, provide the Service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Changes

We may update this Notice as the Service changes. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
